Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience.
• 5+ years of leading multi-discipline design teams (visual design, interaction design, user research).
• Experience managing teams.
• Experience delivering end-to-end experiences (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals).
• Experience designing for AI-powered or generative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of UX Designers who define how advertisers create, assemble, and optimize ad creatives across formats, surfaces, and funnel stages.
• Own end-to-end product design from concept to production, establishing foundational design principles and interaction patterns.
• Drive AI-first creative experiences designing generative AI workflows and define interaction patterns for these capabilities across the advertising experience.
• Set and defend the AX vision; define what every creative experience must address and build reusable frameworks and scalable patterns.
• Navigate ambiguity and align cross-functional stakeholders on strategy, gatekeep intake, and unify approaches when needed; tie design decisions to measurable outcomes.
• Build mechanisms for design quality with critique cadences, prototyping practices, and mentoring; collaborate with Design Systems.
