Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Ads Creative Experiences Design team seeks a UX Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary design group focused on AI-powered creative workflows and ad formats. You will set vision, coach designers, and ship patterns at scale.

This leadership role partners with PM, Eng, Legal, Policy to drive measurable outcomes and nurture a design culture that values reusable patterns over one-off solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience.
• 5+ years leading multi‑discipline Design teams (visual design, interaction design, user research).
• Experience managing teams.
• Experience leading a diverse team in the delivery of experiences from end to end (user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity visuals).
• Experience designing for AI‑powered or generative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of UX Designers who define how advertisers create, assemble, and optimize ad creatives across formats, surfaces, and funnel stages.
• Own end-to-end product design from concept to production and prototype production-ready deliverables.
• Drive AI-first creative experiences and define interaction patterns for AI workflows across advertising experiences.
• Set and defend the AX vision and build reusable frameworks and scalable patterns adopted across teams.
• Navigate ambiguity and align cross-functional stakeholders on strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Build mechanisms for design quality, establish critique cadences, prototyping practices, and mentoring structures.
