Job summary

Amazon Ads Creative Experiences Design team is seeking a Sr. UX Designer to own end-to-end advertiser experiences, translating complex workflows into intuitive designs and driving with research and AI-enabled tooling. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver best-in-class experiences.

You will prototype, communicate design concepts, and present to leadership, balancing creativity with data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Experience with UX design of complex workflows.
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
• Experience delivering design for projects of large scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX design for advertiser experiences from concept to launch.
• Translate complex advertising workflows into intuitive, visual designs.
• Use business requirements and research to develop scenarios and requirements.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the design workflow to improve speed and quality.
• Present designs to senior leadership and defend advertiser experience decisions.
