Job summary

Amazon Advertising Sales team seeks a Sr. UX Designer to craft engaging, efficient experiences for sales users. You will design, test, and deploy features that improve how sellers and teams work at scale.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas to life, using wireframes, prototypes, and visual design to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities.
• Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives.
• Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI.
• Establish and maintain detailed UI patterns and specifications—working closely with developers to see design through to deployment.
• Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback from business leaders, product management, and engineering.
