Job summary

Amazon Advertising Sales is seeking a Sr. UX Designer to craft engaging, efficient, and frictionless experiences for the Sales team.

You will design, test, and deploy innovative experiences that help Amazon Sales users achieve their goals at scale. As part of the Advertiser UX team, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas to life, from brainstorming to deployment, shaping UI patterns and global product experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities.
• Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives.
• Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI.
• Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications—working closely with developers to see your design through to deployment.
• Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from business leaders, product management, and engineering.
• Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
• Partner closely with other product and design teams across Amazon.
• Understanding of HTML, Javascript and CSS that informs design and interaction decisions.
• Strong prototyping and interaction design skillset.
• Expert design acumen demonstrated through owning product design end-to-end.
• Experience designing products for global markets.
• Excellent designing with and for AI
• Experience designing digital advertising solutions or enterprise products is a plus.
