Consertus is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to own the experience layer across our digital product suite. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the U.S.

You will collaborate with AI‑assisted engineers and co-create at speed, shaping AI‑native products for capital program management and advisory services. The ideal candidate brings 7–10+ years of product design experience, proficiency in Figma, and comfort with AI tools like Cursor and Claude.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of product design experience with end‑to‑end ownership.
• AI-native design fluency — use AI tools as core to workflow.
• Ability to work alongside AI‑assisted developers and translate design intent precisely.
• Experience shipping production software and designing complex business systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for Consertus’ digital products from research to engineering handoff.
• Design AI‑agent features, including conversational interfaces and trust indicators.
• Collaborate with AI‑assisted engineers and match their rapid pace.
• Leverage AI tooling for prototyping and design system development.
• Maintain a high quality bar across multiple product surfaces while shipping fast.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across time zones.
