Reporting to the Director, Product Design, you will own complex, AI-assisted design problems end-to-end, collaborating with Product and Engineering to shape the design direction of a core company product.

The role requires comfort in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with craft, and designing AI-enabled workflows that improve audits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Product Design role, ideally focused on complex, B2B SaaS products.
• Thrived in fast-moving environments and can operate at high velocity without sacrificing judgment or craft.
• Owned complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end with minimal direction.
• Ability to think in systems and anticipate downstream impacts across workflows and personas.
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows (e.g., review, summarization, guidance).
• Demonstrated ability to elevate teams through mentorship, feedback, and critique.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows from problem definition through shipped solutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver scalable implementations.
• Drive design execution with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear journeys, interactions, and UI.
• Balance speed with usability and long-term product quality.
