Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product design.
- Portfolio showcasing strong design and UX.
- Experience with B2B/fintech products.
- Strong prototyping across fidelities; functional or coded prototypes welcome.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
- Hands-on user research planning and translating insights into direction.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end experience for core products from planning to launch.
- Design AI-powered workflows with explainability and error handling.
- Ensure tasks are easy to use and related projects connect well.
- Raise craft through critiques and shape long-term product vision.
- Contribute to a design system with tokens and clear specs.
- Use AI tools to research, prototype, and test ideas with real data.
