Job summary

Synechron is seeking a UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences across web and mobile. You will partner with product, business, and development teams to understand user needs, map journeys, and deliver high-quality designs that drive outcomes.

You will design wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI, while developing design systems and ensuring WCAG compliance. This role offers extensive training and global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to map user journeys and translate insights into design.
• Experience creating wireframes, flows and information architectures.
• Expertise in usability testing and iterative design improvements.
• Strong collaboration with product and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, workshops, and usability testing.
• Create user personas, journey maps, task flows, and information architecture.
• Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
• Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders through the product lifecycle.
• Perform usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterations.
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Advocate UX best practices and contribute to process improvement.
