Job summary

AWS Field Experience (AFX) is seeking a UX Designer to shape direction for a strategic initiative serving a global AWS Sales organization. The role demands customer-centered thinking, design thinking mastery, and the ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.

You will partner with product, research, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end experiences, design for AI-enabled workflows, and advocate for design excellence at scale across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience and a strong portfolio.
• Understanding of design thinking and usability principles.
• Experience with designing for AI-enabled experiences.
• Proficient in creating user flows, lo/hi fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
• Knowledge of responsive design and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with design leadership, product, and engineering.
• Handle complex workflows and diverse user perspectives.
