Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer for AWS Field Experience (AFX) to shape the direction of a strategic AWS initiative that supports a rapidly growing worldwide AWS Sales organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or above in design, human-computer interaction (HCI).
• 6+ years of user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role experience.
• 4+ years of creating user flows, wire frames, mockups, generating assets and specifications for integration into digital products experience.
• 5+ years of user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role experience.
• Knowledge of design principles (Typography, Composition, Scale, and Color Theory amongst other) and working knowledge of how those principles work together.
• Highly proficient using design software and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for new and existing solutions, responsible for the end-to-end experience from big picture conception to execution.
• Be a self starter and be able to work autonomously, while actively collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams, peer designers, senior management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to our overarching org strategy, understanding the holistic experience and producing designs that integrate seamlessly into our agentic experiences.
• Be a leader of leaders, scaling design processes and mechanisms across multiple solutions and org-wide.
