Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr Design Operations lead to own a portfolio of connected programs spanning multiple business and development teams. You will shape long-term strategy and translate vision into launch plans while balancing priorities and technical capabilities.

You will set UX studio goals and establish processes to optimize design operations and drive customer-centric outcomes. You will partner with product and development leads, align stakeholders, surface risks, and

Qualifications

6+ years in design program management.
Experience managing UX programs with Design and Research.
Translate business needs into design solutions.
Escalate issues, trade-offs, and align with business goals while delivering great customer experiences.
Knowledge of project management methodologies from agile to waterfall.
Experience contributing to project playbooks, schedules, risks, and stakeholder plans.

Responsibilities

Create and facilitate design thinking workshops.
Write and contribute to org-level operational docs including reviews and operating plans.
Use AI capabilities to develop and govern operational mechanisms for UX teams.
Handle programs with ambiguity and drive roadmap prioritization.
Coordinate roadmap prioritization with design, product, and development leads.
Lead through influence across peers and partner teams.
Define and drive completion of team and org-level goals.
Communicate program status and strategy with executives and cross-functional partners.
