Delinea is seeking a Principal UX Designer to lead end‑to‑end design for key areas of our identity security platform. You’ll mentor designers, set craft standards, and collaborate with product, engineering, and design leadership to shape how our design practice scales.

You are a seasoned designer with 8+ years of experience, strong interaction design expertise, and a portfolio that demonstrates leadership on complex problems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience owning complex product areas end-to-end.
• Portfolio demonstrating design leadership on complex, cross-functional problems.
• Deep expertise in interaction design and UX principles.
• Strong leadership and project management skills across multiple teams.
• Proficient with Figma and prototyping tools; experience with AI-assisted workflows.
• Excellent communication with senior and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to delivery, including strategy and interaction models.
• Set craft and collaboration standards for the design team.
• Facilitate reviews with product and engineering leadership; ensure scope and feasibility.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on craft and process.
• Introduce emerging design trends and contribute to the design system.
• Influence design practice across the broader organization.
