Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive new AI-driven identity security features and roadmaps. You will shape capabilities, partner with leadership, and take products from concept to launch in a fast-moving enterprise security context.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure market-fit, scalability, and user value, delivering outcomes that strengthen our AI security platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with IAM, PAM, and IGA.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and multi-agent systems.
• Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals.
• Security, privacy best practices for enterprise software and AI products.
• Experience supporting open-source AI platforms or customer-facing products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate emerging market trends in identity, security, and AI into well-scoped features.
• Bridge startup speed with enterprise-grade thinking and scale.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Own product initiatives from concept to launch with measurable impact.
• Conduct discovery with CISOs and security teams to validate pain points.
• Support external storytelling through customer conversations and analyst events.
