Job summary

Delinea is seeking an experienced Identity Management consultant to join the Professional Services Team. This remote, globally oriented role focuses on delivering identity and access management solutions with Delinea products.

You will work closely with sales and engineering to ensure successful implementations while thriving under pressure. Applicants should be passionate about identity security, cyber security, and be able to manage fast-paced projects across global environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic or Computer Engineering, or similar field.
• Proven experience in a technical delivery consulting role.
• Windows Server, Active Directory Administration, and UNIX/Linux Administration experience.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure administration.
• Familiarity with MFA providers like Azure MFA, RSA/SecureID, Ping, OATH, OTPs.
• Strong understanding of Privilege Access Management (PAM).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Self-starter mindset and collaboration.
• Experience with Delinea products (Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Server Suite, Privilege Access Service).
• Experience with PAM tools (CyberArk, Beyond Trust, HashiCorp, Okta).
• Windows Workstation administration.
• PowerShell scripting.
• MS SQL or PostgreSQL experience.
• RabbitMQ experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through software implementation using Delinea’s delivery methodology.
• Maintain utilization targets and complete project deliverables.
• Configure and customize Delinea solutions for Privilege Identity and Privilege Access needs.
• Become the subject matter expert of Delinea software product line.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with integration teams to scope requirements and implement PAM solutions.
• Produce architectural and configuration deliverables and documentation.
• Prioritize work to align with organizational goals and drive customer success.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architect Leads and Professional Services Managers.
