Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Lead Product Designer to craft best-in-class web and mobile interfaces. You will work with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn vision into pixel-perfect designs across platforms.

You will drive product strategy, mentor designers, and own design quality from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design or mobile product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating polished visual and interaction design skills.
• Bachelor's degree in design, art, HCI, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions.
• Experience creating and integrating animated visuals and interactive design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers in an agile environment.
• Build and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with engineers, product, and other designers.
• Develop product strategies that deliver on customer needs and the company’s vision.
• Create clear, intuitive UX/UI from wireframes to pixel-perfect designs.
• Mentor junior designers and elevate team work to high standards.
• Serve as project lead, co-owning final product with leads.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Define and maintain project scope and schedule.
• Lead user research on key projects as needed.
