Amazon is seeking a Senior UX Design Manager to lead the Worldwide Grocery Stores UX team. You will guide a multi‑portfolio team designing customer experiences and in‑store tools, aligning with Product, Engineering, and Research to drive impact.

You will set strategy, raise the design bar, and roll up your sleeves on priority work while building a culture where designers do their best work across customer and enterprise products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience.
• 5+ years leading multi‑discipline design teams (visual design, interaction design, user research, etc.).
• Experience managing teams.
• Experience leading end-to-end experiences (user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity visuals).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing design team across multiple product portfolios.
• Define and communicate a cohesive design vision for e‑commerce experiences and enterprise tools.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research; bridge UX with cross-functional partners.
• Establish scalable design processes, sprint planning, critiques, and capacity management.
• Present design work and strategy to leadership and executives.
• Navigate complexity, manage bottlenecks, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Champion design systems and component libraries across product teams.
• Balance hands-on design with team leadership on high-priority projects.
