LVI Associates in the United States is seeking a Senior Utility-Scale Project Manager to lead the execution of utility-scale solar, battery energy storage (BESS), and hybrid energy projects across North America. You will manage large, complex projects from engineering through commissioning, serving as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, engineering teams, utilities, and stakeholders.

The role is remote eligible, with regular domestic travel to project sites and company offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in utility-scale power generation or related infra.
• Experience leading multiple utility-scale solar and/or battery storage projects >100 MW.
• Proven ability to manage projects through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility-scale solar, BESS, and hybrid energy projects through all execution phases.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and overall commercial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and external partners.
• Drive planning, risk management, change management, and decision tracking.
• Maintain project controls, logs, and stakeholder communications.
• Support procurement, construction coordination, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate schedule, cost, and execution risks.
