Job summary

McKim & Creed is seeking a Utility Locator III to lead a SUE field crew in Florida. You will collect field data, locate subsurface features, and deliver accurate information to the office while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in utility locating/SUE, proficiency with locating equipment, GPS, and ground-penetrating radar. Some travel and outdoor work are required year-round.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years progressive experience in Utility Locating and SUE field operations.
• Proficiency with SUE locating equipment, total stations and GPS.
• Some proficiency with ground penetrating radar is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Utility Location and SUE field crew.
• Lead quality, safety, schedules, budgets, and client service.
• Utilize field equipment and collect data, locate features, and deliver data to the office.
