Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in utilities or central plant operations.
• Experience in engineering and maintenance of mechanical systems and infrastructure.
• Technical leadership or team support roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME/ Site Engineer leadership for mechanical utility systems including cogeneration, steam, chilled water, nitrogen, and water systems.
• Drive 24/7 plant reliability, root cause analysis, and system optimization.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and assist with incident response.
• Lead lifecycle management of utility assets from design to replacement and obsolescence planning.
• Oversee external contractors and maintain KPIs/SLAs for utilities operations.
