Iridium Satellite Communications: The Only Truly Global Network is seeking a Senior Government Sales Engineer to lead pre-sales technical support for USG opportunities. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement complex SATCOM solutions, while driving account plans and revenue growth.

You will work with DoD mission requirements, demonstrate capabilities, and support negotiations and customer training.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant USG/military telecommunications experience.
• Hands-on experience with SATCOM, tactical radios, IP networks or related systems.
• Ability to translate mission requirements into technical solutions for DoD.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-sales technical support for complex products and solutions.
• Collaborate with USG Sales to specify technical requirements for implementation.
• Influence external organizations to support USG sales objectives.
• Prospect accounts, qualify leads, and follow up on outreach campaigns.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for government environments.
• Support contract negotiations, installation, and customer training.
• Prepare capture strategies and lead plan execution.
• Engage with prospective customers to build relationships and present offerings.
• Manage USG market relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare status reports and suggest product enhancements to management.
• Plan and participate in technical/product demonstrations and trade shows
