High Tech Genesis Inc. is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale paid channels for Findies, an AI-first subscription product for women aged 40–60.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on UA management with Meta, including budgets and bidding.
- Experience scaling and owning $1M+ monthly ad spend.
- Experience with web subscription UA (web-to-web; web-to-app).
- Multi-channel experience across at least two major platforms.
- Launch-focused mindset with ability to launch channels from scratch.
- Strong data analytics, attribution, LTV and payback understanding.
Responsibilities
- Own multiple channels, including Meta, TikTok, AppLovin and emerging platforms.
- Build campaign analytics and translate data into actionable growth decisions.
- Manage automation across channels and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows.
- Work in squads with creatives and PMMs on audience insights and messaging.
- Protect unit economics by tying acquisition to CAC, ROMI and LTV.
