Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to own Meta paid traffic and drive subscriptions through web funnels within a single project. You will manage 7-figure budgets across multiple GEOs, optimize campaigns, and leverage AI-driven automation to scale performance.

The role focuses on CPA, ROAS and cohort analysis, with opportunities to expand into AppLovin, X, TikTok and Snapchat. You’ll work closely with the data team to diagnose drops and spikes and document learnings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid social campaigns, with Meta as the main platform.
• $500k+ monthly ad spend with consistent optimization and ROI.
• Experience across multiple GEOs with data-driven scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta campaigns end-to-end: setup, bidding, budgeting, optimization and scaling.
• Expand into additional sources (AppLovin, X, TikTok, Snapchat) and test new growth levers.
• Collaborate with data team on reports, cohorts and deep-dive analyses.
• Maintain account health: structure, backups and policy compliance.
• Run structured creative testing with clear hypotheses and scale/kill rules.
