Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive sales management, high-volume preferred.
• Proven track record in acquiring and increasing used car volume.
• Experience with auction processes and used-vehicle operations.
• Strong inventory management, pricing, and merchandising skills.
• Leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set and exceed ambitious sales targets with integrity.
