Job summary

Metrics Recruitment partners with a fast-scaling mobile casino operator to hire a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own US paid media end to end. This hands-on IC role requires running and optimizing campaigns daily across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and app-install networks with in-house creative support.

You will own CPA and ROAS economics, manage DSP spend, and report results directly to marketing leadership and the founders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of UA budgets and KPIs across a broad multi-network mix.
• Mobile app UA experience on the advertiser side with high-volume acquisition.
• Strong fluency with MMPs and attribution.
• Experience buying across paid social, app install, and incent/reward networks.

Responsibilities

• Own US paid media KPIs, budget, and channel mix end to end.
• Run and optimize campaigns hands-on across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok as core channels.
• Manage app-install stack including Apple Search Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads.
• Buy across incent and rewarded networks (e.g., Tapjoy, Mistplay, JustDice).
• Oversee DSP and retargeting spend, adjust budgets as markets scale.
• Collaborate with in-house creative team to iterate based on performance data.
• Own CPA and revenue-share economics alongside ROAS and affiliate-style reporting.
• Report performance to marketing leadership and founders.
