Scale AI is seeking an experienced US Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end multi-state payroll operations for US-based employees. You will ensure accurate, timely processing using ADP WorkforceNow and Workday, while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.

You will partner with HR and Accounting for data integrity, perform year-end tasks (W-2s, W-2c), and drive process improvements and audits to uphold Scale's payroll excellence.

Formación

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Workday.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Cycle Payroll Processing for multi-state payrolls.
• Compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws (FLSA).
• Year-end processing: W-2 and W-2c generation and tax reconciliations.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting on data integrity and GL mappings.
• System administration and optimization for payroll platforms (Workday, ADP).
• Auditing and continuous improvement of payroll processes.
