Legend Biotech, based in Bridgewater, NJ, seeks a Sr. Manager US Payroll to lead the end-to-end U.S. payroll operations. You will manage multi-state, bi-weekly payroll, ensure accuracy and compliance, and partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to implement process improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state U.S. payroll operations.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and/or Workday HCM preferred.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end processing of multi-state, bi-weekly payroll.
• Oversee payroll activities including bonuses, equity, garnishments, deductions, and tax updates.
• Lead year-end payroll activities including W-2 processing and regulatory filings.
• Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness across payroll operations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver compliant payroll.
