Job summary

Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in banking software or a bank environment
- 10+ years of US payments experience including implementations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputed university
- Strong knowledge of US payment orchestration, processing, and settlement
- Experience with ISO 20022/ISO 15022 and at least two US rails (ACH, CHIPS, Fedwire, etc.)
- Experience contributing to product strategy and multi-year roadmaps
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholders and clients
- SAFe or strong Agile knowledge; cloud delivery awareness
Responsibilities
- Understand North America and global payment trends and advise transformation strategies
- Guide engineering, product, and QA teams on US banking practices and market insight
- Define market requirements and client problem solutions with domain and product knowledge
- Assess standard vs client-specific requirements and provide recommendations
- Deliver product demonstrations and executive presentations
- Create functional and solution documentation (FRS/BRD/SRS)
- Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories in Agile
- Coordinate across distributed teams to ensure objectives are met
- Develop roadmaps and drive delivery against priorities
- Participate in innovation programs for new products and growth
- Follow SAFe and coordinate multiple teams
