Job summary

Infosys Finacle seeks a technical expert to strengthen US payment capabilities across banks and payment providers. You will be the single point of contact for environments, connectivity via MQ, APIs and SFTP, and you will work with engineering and implementation teams to resolve complex issues.

The role requires MQ (IBM/RabbitMQ) and middleware administration experience, plus hands-on work with payment solutions and observability tooling to monitor performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in network engineering and API integrations.
• Experience with MQs (IBM/RabbitMQ) as admin.
• Middleware administrator and integration engineer background.
• Hands-on with payment systems in large financial institutions.
• Familiar with observability tools and performance monitoring.
• Excellent documentation of technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up connectivity between systems via MQ, APIs, SFTP.
• Configure queue managers, channels, listeners, and client connections.
• Monitor networks, queues, and throughput with tools like Dynatrace or Prometheus/Grafana.
• Build tools and write specs and product documentation.
• Ensure security configurations and compliance with client teams.
• Collaborate with product development and QA for environments.
• Analyze error logs, dead-letter queues, and network blockages.
• Lead technical demonstrations to stakeholders and align objectives.
• Coordinate across distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones.
