Job summary

Infosys Finacle seeks a technical expert to strengthen US payment capabilities across banks and payment providers. You will be the single point of contact for environments, connectivity via MQ, APIs and SFTP, and you will work with engineering and implementation teams to resolve complex issues.

The role requires MQ (IBM/RabbitMQ) and middleware administration experience, plus hands-on work with payment solutions and observability tooling to monitor performance and reliability.

Job description

Finacle is expanding its US Payments product capability and is seeking a technical expert with who have worked in US payment systems and practical implementation across large and small US banks, as well as foreign banks operating in the United States. The technical expert will be hands‑on works with product Engineering & implementation teams, configures and solves technical issues. The person will be a single point of contact for managing environments, technical issues and work with other support teams to resolve issues. Person is aware of connectivity with network like Fedwire, CHIPS, FedNow, TCHRTP and able to manage the technical connectivity through MQ, SFTP, APIs and other mechanisms.

Required Experience

• Strong technical expertise on Network Engineering, Integrations using APIs, MQs.
• Person has expertise in Network Security and worked across multiple applications which are finance sensitive.
• Worked as MQ support engineer/Administrator (IBM/Rabbit MQ), configure and manage MQ
• Servers and clients. The person must have worked as Middleware Administrator and integration Engineer.
• Hands‑on experience in working with payment solutions and aware of the criticality, time sensitivity associated with such systems and handled in the past.
• Candidate has worked in a larger technical landscape and integrated multiple systems in a large financial institution or application provider.
• Have worked in observability tools including native application interfaces, application

performance monitoring (APM) and open source metric exporters.

• Experience in creating detailed documentation for technical requirements and designing solutions for them.
• Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for setting up connectivity between multiple systems through MQ, APIs, SFTPs.
• Setting up queue managers, channels, listeners, and client connections.
• Track, configure, monitor network, queues and monitor using standard tools. Tracking queue depth, message age, and system throughput using tools like IBM Cloud Pak/Dynatrace for Integration or Prometheus/Grafana.
• Build tools on need basis and write specification and product documentation for them.
• Aware of Network Securities, configurations and able to work with client technical teams for configuring, tooling and ensuring compliance.
• Work closely with product development and product quality teams , collaborate and collectively set environments for them.
• Analyzing error logs, dead‑letter queues, and network blockages.
• Building secure bridges between legacy systems, modern microservices, and external partners.
• Lead technical demonstrations, articulate clearly to stakeholders and convince the larger
