Job summary

ABB is seeking a senior legal leader to provide comprehensive advice and manage fiduciary duties for its U.S. entities. You will guide governance, regulatory filings, and risk management while supporting growth and speed with compliant operations.

You will advise the Country Holding Officer and senior management on M&A, licenses to operate, and cross-functional legal matters, including contracts and security compliance, in a remote, US-based role.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a U.S. law school with bar admission and 10+ years in corporate/commercial law.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing or large law firms preferred.
• Strong governance, compliance, and risk management judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead fiduciary duties, governance, and regulatory filings for U.S. entities.
• Advise senior management on governance, compliance, risk, and M&A matters.
• Oversee integrity investigations, government contracting compliance, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
• Provide cross-functional legal support on contracts and entity matters.
