Job summary

ABB is seeking a senior legal professional to provide comprehensive corporate law guidance for the United States. You will oversee fiduciary duties, governance, compliance, and contractor licensing while supporting the Country Holding Officer and senior management.

You will manage investigations, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory filings, partnering with global Legal & Integrity centers of excellence to align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from a US law school with active bar admission and 10+ years in corporate/commercial law.
• Experience in fiduciary responsibilities, governance, and decentralized organizations.
• Strong business-focused legal judgment with risk mitigation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead fiduciary duties, governance, and compliance for US entities including corporate secretarial work.
• Advise the US Country Holding Officer and leadership on governance, compliance, risk, and M&A.
• Oversee integrity investigations, government contracting compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and certifications.
• Counsel on contracts and cross-entity legal matters; supervise paralegal staff.
