Qualifications

• Knowledge of data privacy, government contracting, licensing.
• Work authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive US fiduciary corporate legal advice.
• Lead corporate governance, regulatory filings, and contractor licensing.
• Advise the Country Holding Officer and senior management on governance, risk, M&A, and licenses.
• Oversee investigations, compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory certifications.
• Advise on contracts, commercial agreements, and cross-entity matters.
