Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Analytical, prioritizing and organizational skills required.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service to physicians, patients and other internal/external customers required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and handle medical records by coordinating with patients, physician offices, hospitals and other personnel to create accurate patient charts.
• Coordinate patient referrals with the care team for timely appointments.
• Register and schedule patients in a customer service oriented, efficient manner.
• Complete complex scheduling of multiple appointments and services.
• Provide clerical support to scheduling and coordination of services and procedures.
