Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead UPW system design for the microelectronics market in North America. You will drive design, unit-operations integration, and collaboration with customers to balance capital, operating costs, and technical risk.

You will apply advanced treatment technologies, oversee piloting and bench studies, and mentor others in process design. Travel up to 10% within North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical engineering.
• 10+ years in UPW treatment design with field ops exposure.
• Experience with UPW processes for the microelectronics industry.
• Ability to integrate multiple unit operations into cohesive, optimized systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead UPW process design for microelectronics systems.
• Select unit processes, size equipment, and guarantee performance.
• Apply advanced treatment tech like ultrafiltration, RO, ion exchange.
• Own system integration across unit operations.
• Evaluate operation under design and upset conditions; participate in HAZOPs.
• Pilot and benchmark treatability studies for design and commissioning.
