Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for UPW treatment systems in North America. You will lead process design, system integration, and piloting activities to deliver robust ultrapure water solutions for the microelectronics industry.

The role requires deep UPW knowledge, 10+ years of design experience, and ability to coordinate across multiple units with attention to safety and cost. Travel up to 10% within North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical engineering.
• 10+ years of UPW treatment design experience.
• Experience with microelectronics UPW system design and operation.
• Ability to integrate multiple unit operations into cohesive systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design for ultrapure water treatment systems.
• Characterize water chemistry and design basis.
• Size equipment and select unit processes.
• Collaborate with system integrator on complex flowsheets.
• Evaluate operation under design and upset conditions; participate in HAZOPs.
• Lead piloting and benchmarking studies for design improvement.
