Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead ultrapure water (UPW) process design for microelectronics applications in North America. You will balance capital and operating costs, oversee multiple unit operations, and ensure robust system performance from design through commissioning.

The role emphasizes deep UPW knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate with customers and internal teams while traveling up to 10% within North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical)
• 10+ years of UPW treatment design experience
• Licensed PE in US/Canada or willingness to obtain licensure
• Experience integrating multiple unit operations into cohesive treatment systems
• Experience with UPW processes for microelectronics industry

Responsibilities

• Lead the process design of UPW treatment solutions for the microelectronics industry.
• Own system integration across unit operations and collaborate with system integrators on complex flowsheets.
• Evaluate system operation under design and upset conditions; participate in HAZOP reviews.
• Engage in piloting and benchmarking studies for design, commissioning, and optimization.
