Veolia Group's Water Technology Business in North America seeks a senior-level Process Engineer to support UPW system design, integration, and operation for customers in the semiconductor sector. You'll apply deep technical knowledge of UPW treatment and work with cross-functional teams to balance capital, operating costs, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical or related field.
• 10+ years in UPW treatment design and field ops is preferred.
• Experience with UPW processes and microelectronics systems.
• PE licensure or willingness to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Characterize water chemistry and develop design bases for UPW.
• Select unit processes, size equipment, and guarantee performance.
• Apply advanced treatment technologies (ultrafiltration, NF/RO, ion exchange, UV).
• Own system integration across unit operations and collaborate with system integrators.
• Evaluate operations, identify failure points, and participate in HAZOPs.
• Pilot and benchmark treatability studies for design and commissioning.
