Job summary

Veolia Group, a global leader in environmental services, seeks a Senior Process Engineer for UPW solutions in North America. You will guide design, commissioning, and operation of complete UPW systems for the microelectronics industry, balancing capital and operating costs with technical risk.

You will lead cross-functional bids, drive integration of multiple unit operations, and mentor others in process design while partnering with customers, regulators, and industry experts to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering – Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in UPW treatment design.
• Demonstrated experience with UPW treatment processes and system design/operation for the microelectronics industry.
• Proven ability to integrate multiple unit operations into cohesive, optimized treatment systems.

Responsibilities

• Water chemistry characterization and design basis development for UPW applications.
• Unit process selection, equipment sizing, and process guarantees.
• Application of advanced treatment technologies (ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, RO, ion exchange, UV, gas-transfer membranes).
• Owning system integration across unit operations or collaborating with system integrator on complex flowsheets.
• Evaluation of system operation under design and upset conditions and participation in HAZOPs.
