Job summary

Organo USA, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Superintendent for Electrical Construction Work to support the UPW plant project, overseeing electrical and instrument construction and coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure safety, quality and schedule.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years of supervision in commercial/construction settings, and preferred higher education or BIM familiarity (Revit/Navisworks).

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial electrical and instrumentation work.
• Strong understanding of electrical/instrument drawings, P&IDs, and construction sequences.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating with multiple contractors/workers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supervision of UPW electrical/instrument construction activities.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, single line drawings, loop diagrams, schematics, and project specs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with owner, subs, design engineers, and technicians.
• Monitor progress, attend meetings, and manage change orders.
