Job summary

Organo USA seeks a Superintendent for Mechanical Construction to support the UPW plant for a semiconductor project. You will oversee equipment and piping installation, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and adherence to project standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, managing schedules, and communicating with owners and designers. A High school diploma is required, with preferred technical qualifications and strong leadership in fast-paced construction environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial construction or semiconductor projects.
• Proficient in reading piping drawings and P&IDs; understanding construction sequencing.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical construction work, including equipment and piping installation for UPW systems.
• Coordinate with owner, prime contractor, and subcontractors to align schedules and resources.
• Review RFIs, changes orders, and manage progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure installations comply with master specs, standards, and local codes.
