Job summary

M.C. Dean in White Plains, NY seeks an experienced Power Electronics Technician for the Critical Power Group. You will perform on-site maintenance of UPS and battery systems, preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies with travel required to client facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years OEM experience in power electronic system maintenance and repair.
• Strong reading and interpretation of complex instructions, plans, blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and certify UPS, battery systems, and related power electronics.
• Review drawings and specs for accuracy and completeness; recommend improvements.
• Provide technical assistance and on-site support to owners and engineers; train site personnel.
