Job summary

Together AI is seeking a Senior University Recruiting Program Manager to design, build, and scale the programs powering our talent engine. You will own strategy and execution of cross-functional recruiting initiatives, design programs and events that build pipeline, and strengthen our employer brand presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in University Recruiting or related cross-functional roles.
• Proven track record designing and scaling recruiting programs.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from scratch.
• Strong analytical skills to use data for program health and decisions.
• Willingness to travel to conferences and events.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale recruiting programs that grow pipelines and experiences.
• Partner with University Recruiting Team on initiatives and events that expand the program and provide best-in-class experiences.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, identify bottlenecks, and report on program effectiveness.
• Support ad-hoc programs and projects for the recruiting team as we scale.
