Job summary

Nuro is seeking a Sr. Talent Management Program Manager to own talent programs and employee experiences, including onboarding, performance, engagement, learning, and leadership development. You will partner across the organization to design, launch, measure, and improve scalable programs that drive success.

You will also coordinate adoption of the AI strategy for non-technical teams through change management, training, and communications, shaping responsible use practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program or project management in HR, Talent, L&D, or OD.
• Translate priorities into clear plans and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and enablement resources.
• Experience creating learning content and facilitating adult education.
• Data-informed approach with metrics to show impact.
• Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Comfort moving between strategy and hands-on execution.
• Demonstrates confidentiality, integrity, and inclusion.
• Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding end to end with content, communications, and success metrics.
• Oversee two annual performance review cycles including calibration and training.
• Build and deliver learning and leadership development programs.
• Drive AI adoption across non-technical teams with change management and training.
• Lead engagement programs with measurement of goals, metrics, and feedback.
