Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in a financial branch environment or similar sales/retail setting.
• Ability to communicate with members at all levels; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Build and strengthen member relationships by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Open consumer and business memberships and assist with account maintenance.
• Process consumer loan applications and related documentation.
• Promote products and services to meet branch goals and member needs.
