Job summary

Warsaw Federal Savings & Loan Association in Cincinnati is seeking a Universal Banker to provide exceptional front-line customer service and sales within our retail branches. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of banking experience, strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations, and flexibility to work branch hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of banking experience including cash handling and customer service.
• 1-2 years of supervisor/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking laws and regulations required.
• Driver's license required for float positions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Cleartouch, Nautilus, and investor/government portals is preferred; CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and account maintenance; answer inquiries in person and by phone.
• Approve transactions and assign work; lead team meetings as directed.
• Maintain vault and cash; ensure adequate cash for customer transactions.
• Open/close accounts and cross-sell bank products; refer investments, mortgages and business banking.
• Handle check verification and wire transfers; maintain wire transfer certification.
• Meet performance metrics and sales goals; lead staff training and meetings.
• Float to other branches as needed; comply with all bank policies and regulations.
• Perform branch opening/closing duties and prepare timely reports.
