Responsibilities

• Assist staff with scheduling, assigning work, and problem resolution.
• Coach staff to achieve production goals and cross-sell services.
• Process Teller transactions, open/close accounts, and maintain accuracy.
• Ensure branch policies, dual control, and risk management.
• Travel to other branches as needed.
