Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and open/close accounts.
• Operate lobby teller window and maintain cash limits.
• Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs.
• Assist in back-office duties and branch reporting.
• Maintain IRA files and tax forms for IRS.
• Educate customers on product benefits and solutions.
• Open and close branch securely per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Attend community activities to raise brand awareness.
