Job summary

SCU Credit Union in Walpole, MA is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver outstanding customer service, process deposits and transactions, and help deepen member relationships. You will educate members on digital banking tools, promote financial products, and assist with daily branch operations while upholding security and regulatory standards.

You will work with a friendly team, participate in comprehensive training, and have opportunities for career growth.

We’re looking for a passionate Universal Banker to deliver outstanding customer service, build lasting relationships, and support daily branch operations. In this role, you’ll assist members with transactions, recommend financial products and services, and help create a positive banking experience while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.

An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue‑based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
