Nicolet National Bank in Florida is seeking a Universal Banker II to drive new customers and deepen relationships as a trusted frontline advisor reflecting Nicolet's culture and commitment to an exceptional customer experience.

You will handle teller operations, deposits, digital support, and needs-based referrals while maintaining compliance and contributing to branch performance through strong engagement and proactive referrals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of banking, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of deposit products, digital tools, branch operations, and onboarding processes.
• Ability to conduct needs-based conversations and make confident product referrals.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver welcoming, professional service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Conduct meaningful, needs-based conversations to understand customer goals and recommend solutions.
• Open and service consumer deposit accounts (checking, savings, money market, CDs).
• Refer customers to partners for loans, home equity, credit cards, and wealth services.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault, ATM, and night depository tasks.
• Ensure compliance with onboarding, KYC, CIP, and policy requirements.
